Green Transformation Project
Cocoon Home EcoChic Collection Goal: To reduce waste and minimize our carbon footprint by increasing the use of recycled and sustainable materials.Cocoon Home’s new “EcoChic Collection” includes home decoration products made from eco-friendly and recycled materials. This collection is designed with both aesthetics and ecological balance in mind. The products are presented in eco-friendly packaging and energy is saved during the production process. In addition, each product has an environmental impact report so that customers can make informed purchases.
Seafaring: Carbon Emission Reduction
Initiative
GreenWave Technology
Goal: Reduce waste and minimize our carbon footprint by increasing the use of recycled and sustainable materials.
IVY Group’s maritime operations are implementing a new carbon emission reduction strategy called “GreenWave Technology”. As part of this project, innovative low-emission engines and energy-saving systems are integrated into the ships in the fleet. It also aims to replace the fuel used in maritime operations with sustainable alternatives.
Energy: Renewable Energy Integration Project
RenewGrid Goal: To increase the share of renewable energy sources in total energy production to 50% and improve energy efficiency.
The “RenewGrid” project aims to integrate sustainable energy solutions in Ivy Group’s energy sector. Within the scope of this project, renewable energy sources (solar, wind) are integrated into the energy grid. With smart energy management systems, energy efficiency is increased and carbon emissions are minimized.
Green Building Certification Project
EcoEstate Certificate
Goal: To certify 100% of all new real estate projects with the “EcoEstate Certificate” and create sustainable living spaces.
Initiates the implementation of the “EcoEstate Certificate” in IVY Group’s real estate projects. This certification ensures that our projects meet environmental sustainability standards and increase energy efficiency. Projects evaluated according to criteria such as green building design, use of sustainable materials and low energy consumption are entitled to receive this certificate.
